Hi everyone I am having some trouble with ebay recently. I am having problems with my computer so just in case I closed the ebay store but I came to find out the store was only closed for a short time! I have contacted ebay about it and of course they do not care :( I am really sorry for any delays it may have caused I have been working nonstop to push out orders that came in while the store was supposed to have been closed.
I also have just discovered a ton of messages in my ebay inbox, I feel terrible at seeing the messages!! I apologize for anyone who messaged and did not get a reply but I was unaware I had any messages to reply to until today D8 I've just sent another complaint and tried to use chat to see why I never got any messages in my inbox like I normally do when an ebay message comes in, so far I have no answer but I hope they can find a fix because I do not open my ebay everyday and usually check my email inbox to see if I need to go into ebay that day or not :( I am working as fast as I can to reply to each message that came in but please please be patient because there is alot and again I do apologize I really feel awful!
Also I have been getting alot of spam messages via "contact us" form on the website, some came from email address I recognize but the "preview" of the email shows only random code or a link so these emails are getting deleted unread. I'm letting everyone know just in case anyone sent me a message of that nature and it wasn't intended to be spam (although that would be far fetched right? xD)
also as for my computer situation I do have a computer again but not all of the programs I need I am still working on getting ftp up and running so I still cannot edit the website :(
In other news, Custom orders will continue to be closed until September.

I don't have access to older tracking numbers that were saved on my old hard drive

otherwise things should contuine as normal for now :)

Hi everyone I'm really swamped with orders and cant get any help so please be patient this week I am trying to get things out as fast as possible but may not be able to answer emails very quickly. Also international buyers I will only be able to get to the post office to mail international packages 1-2 times this week so time until ship will be delayed.

Hi everyone
just an update to say I should have orders and reply's all clear by Monday. Sorry for any delays but I'm trying to get through everything as fast as I can.

also please take note today is the last day of tax season in USA so the post offices are swamped with tax forms being mailed and the lines are out the door to get to the counter. I will be waiting until Monday for the next mailing day because of it.
Some mail that has been mailed before seems to be having delays being scanned into the system. Please be patient. I'm sure things will appear in the system after Friday.

Right now because of a weekend away I am backlogged in replys/emails and some orders. Please be patient as I reply in order received :)
